Fagotti al Formaggio e Pere with crispy vegetables
Ingredienti per 4 persone
460g Canuti Fagotti al Formaggio e Pere
50g asparagus tips
100g Vesuvius tomatoes
100g flaked Grana Padano cheese
125ml extra virgin olive oil
1/4 litre cream
Salt and pepper
Dice the vegetables.
Fry all the vegetables individually in a pan with the oil, a knob of butter and the chopped shallot, and leave aside.
Cook the Canuti Fagotti al Formaggio e Pere in abundant boiling salted water, drain and toss in a pan with the cooked vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste, add the cream and mix everything well.
Garnish the serving dish with the tomatoes, preferably diced, and the flakes of Grana Padano.
